Meijer Special Equipment introduces manual fork extensions
 Meijer Special Equipment (MSE), world’s largest manufacturer of hydraulic lift truck forks, including the KOOI-REACHFORKS®, introduces manual extension forks. In some lines of business it is sometimes necessary that lift truck forks can be extended because different pallet sizes are used. In some cases hydraulic telescopic lift truck forks are too expensive. With the Sliding fork extensions lift truck forks can be slided to different positions. Because of an ingenious locking pin the outer forks can be set in every fixed position. The locking pin cannot let go. Sliding forks are mounted on a lift truck only once, in contrast with the usual manual extension forks which have to be mounted and demounted repeatedly. Sliding forks are therefore always available and cannot get lost. As the telescopic forks the sliding forks also meet the specific ISO standard 13284 which have to guarantee safe usage of hydraulic and mechanical telescopic forks. Sliding forks are available from 1600 kg. up to 3500 kg. on an LC of 500 mm.
